Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and QA inspection is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, CAPA, and basic quality tools is preferred.
- Experience in equipment verification, preventive maintenance, or laboratory/quality testing is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and product inspections according to SOP, Control Plan, and inspection specifications.
- Conduct acid testing and other required quality tests to verify product quality and defect detection capability.
- Perform golden unit validation to ensure inspection equipment and detection systems are functioning effectively.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products or process abnormalities.
- Support QA improvement projects, CAPA, Kaizen, 5S, and other quality initiatives.
