QA Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Quality Control and Quality Assurance for lithium-ion battery manufacturing lines (Cell, Module, and Pack).
• Failure analysis and implementation of corrective actions for market, process, and component defects, including customer reporting.
• Initial response and containment activities for customer-reported quality issues.
• Conduct process audits and product audits.
• Evaluate and approve/reject changes based on potential product quality impacts resulting from 4M changes (Man, Machine, Material, Method).
• Perform quality evaluations during new project launches.
• Incoming inspection of purchased materials and components.
• Initial response, investigation, and root cause analysis of defects found in purchased materials and components.
• Conduct life cycle testing (cycle testing).
• Analyze process data and quality-related information to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

To accomplish this, the team conducts process analysis, audits, and corrective action activities to continuously improve and maintain product quality.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in product analysis and failure investigation for electrical, chemical, or mechanical products.
• Minimum of 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment producing industrial products.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis of nonconforming products identified in manufacturing processes and the field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive quality requirements, including IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
• Quality Assurance experience in an automotive parts manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling supplier nonconforming materials and supplier quality issues.

・購入部材の受入検査・不具合初動対応、原因調査

・寿命試験（サイクル試験）

・工程データの品質情報解析

応募資格／Qualifications

■必須経験

・電気、化学、機械製品での製品分析、解析の経験

・3年以上の工業製品生産工場での品質保証業務経験

・工程内、市場での不具合品の原因解析業務

・ISO9001に関する知識

■推奨条件

車載部品の品質要求事項IATF16949、VDAに関する知識

自動車部品生産工場での品質保証経験
