QA Technician

Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards, that includes rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Perform visual and measurement inspections using QA measuring instruments and equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection documents.
• Report quality issues and follow up on corrective actions to QA Supervisor.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Store, and Logistics to ensure smooth quality control processes timely.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure a safe and organized work environment.
• Support other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or related field, or 1 to 3 years relevant working experience.
• Able to read, understand and interpret technical drawings.
• Able to handle QA measuring instruments and equipment.
• Knowledge of CMM operation and programming is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and work well with people.
