QA TECHNICIAN

1. Assist superior for laboratory activities
2. Work with interrelated department to perform measurement on products, reliability test, and conducting experiments or other related tests to ensure product quality meets standards and requirements.
3. Ensure test documentation is complete and accurate.
4. Assist superior to follow up with interrelated department and other personnel to communicate test results.
5. Assist superior for external calibration activities and make sure the calibration activities comply to the standards.
6. Documentation of calibration activities.
7. Clean, maintain and calibrate lab equipment and maintain a clean and safe working environment
8. Assist superior to prepare internal training materials.
9. Responsible for 5s housekeeping activities.
10. To use variety of precision measuring instruments such as CMM Mitutoyo, VMM Zeiss, 'height gauges', micro-meters and any other inspection gauges.
11. Conduct measurement FAI inspection for NPI component, new tooling, transferred tool or new supplier.
12. Participate in ISO 9001/13485 internal audit
13. Any others duties assigned by superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

1. Minimum SPM and/or 3 years working experience. @ Minimum Degree in related field and/or 2 years working experience.
2. Able to use measuring equipment (CMM,VMM, Push Pull Gauge)
3. Capable to perform product reliability test, measurements and other test.
4. Strong knowledge or certified to perform measuring equipment calibration.
5. Knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO13485 Medical Device Standard
6. Good computer knowledge
