Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well with other teams.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.
- Able to use measuring tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
- Able to perform product assembly and manual rework carefully and accurately.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Management System (QMS), and QA/QC procedures.
- Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.
- Able to perform minor modifications, manual soldering, and hardware rework.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
