QA Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Perform QA audits (in-process, outgoing, SOP, ESD, RTL ), and follow up the open items to closure. 1. Ensure effective PQMS execution (Process monitoring, SPC and reaction plan). 2. Manages engineering changes within Kaifa internal departments to meet customer requirements.( Line Conversion ) 3. Ensure proper quarantine & risk assessment carry out promptly according to QAN (Quality Alert Notice) procedure. 4. Conduct regular GR&R for VMI inspector. 5. Management of IPQA/X-Ray inspectors including training, job allocation and disciplinary management. 6. Conduct monthly internal and follow up the open items to closure. 7. Conduct monthly ESD audit and follow up the open items to closure 8. Monitor yield performance and continuously drive for Process and Quality & DPPM Improvements.

Requirement:

1. Diploma or Minimum 2 years working experience in PCBA industry related to SMT process.
   2.Basic Quality Management Knowledge, SPC, strong communication and good coordinating capability, statistical and analytical knowledge
