QA Technician (Contract)

Qualifications & experience

• Education : Degree in Chemistry
• Experience : 1 to 2 year experience in chemical laboratory knowledge
• Technical Skills:- - Proficient GC & HPLC Analytical skill.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible Quality of Reckitt Benckiser Factory :- - Monitoring the manufacturing process on inspection & testing. -Issuing Quality certification & Sample and Quality Documentation Control.
• Responsible Raw Material Inspection & Testing. - Inspection & conducting Chemical Analysis of raw material. - Pest Active - Fragrance - Solvent - LPG
• Responsible Quality In-process laboratory Testing for Aerosols: - Conduct chemical analysis via gas chromotography or HPLC on bulk concentrate:- - Pest Control - Lyso; & Dettol Disinfectant spray - Air freshner aerosol -
• Conduct laboratory testing on bulk concentrate such as :- - PH Chek - Refractive Index - Viscousity - Moisture content
• Responsible Issuing Quality certification & Sample - To issue certificate of analysis for every batches that we produced to our customer. To issue quality document to support registration requirement of our customer. - To prepare sample for customer to support the product registration.
• Responsible for QA Laboratory Maintenance. - Laboratory chemicals - Laboratory Glassware & utensils - GC gases - Raw material standard.
