What they need
We re looking for an experienced Functional Tester with hands-on experience testing SAP SuccessFactors or other SaaS-based. Key Responsibilities: Test HR applications across end-to-end business processes Create and execute detailed test cases Perform SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Conduct end-to-end functional testing and identify/track defects Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure application quality
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing or testing similar SaaS HR applications Strong understanding of HR processes and domain Experience with test case creation, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing Experience using JIRA and Confluence Good communication skills Bilingual candidates are preferred Focus: Functional QA / HR Application Testing
