QA Warranty Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate Warranty Claim activity between the customer, Engineering and KLSE MFG Plants.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable of customer’s quality policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Communicate customer concerns and requirements as needed.

• Responsible for monitoring field claim status (HMMA, KaGA and module company).

• Attend field claim investigation and improvement activity per customer request.

• Work with KLSE plant staff to consider root cause and counter measure for field claim issues.

• Responsible for analysis and refutation of field claim invoice from HMMA, KaGA and module company.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Management Team.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.) in related field or equivalent.

• Four to six years related experience or equivalent.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Effectively manage priorities and workflow.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive background preferred not required.
