Establish and manage Quality Control and quality system for Quality Assurance to guarantee good quality products, in accordance with general and company standards Responsibilities

• Establish and develop QA system, based on company QA manual
• Communicate and apply the QA system within the full company
• Coordinate QA internal and external audits
• Detect and solve any deviation
• Initiate actions for continuous improvement
• Drive the Quality Control and inspections, SQA with involved departments
• Record, manage and reduce internal and external quality issues through coordination with other departments
• Initiate and manage permission notes
• Organize regular QA review meetings
• Suggest investments
• Manage education and training of QA system to personnel
• Detect and communicate nonconformities, propose corrective actions
• Manager EHS and communicate properly, drive internal audits, suggest corrective actions, follow up progress
• Act as a team player, within his team and other services
• Knows all the used manufacturing processes
• Inform the management of any specific significant issue Training/qualification
• Technical background
• Experienced in similar function or in production department of industrial goods
• At least 8 year’s working experience in quality management
• Good computer skill, MS office including power point, excel, word, MRP
• Loyal, honest, will defend company interests Language Fluent Chinese Good English level Miscellaneous
• Autonomy
• Good communication skills with production floor, peers, and hierarchy
• Keep being informed on the evolution of quality standards (CCC, ISO,…)
