Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and student-focused Q&A Faculty for CA/CMA to support students with subject-related queries, doubt clarification, exam preparation, and conceptual understanding. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student queries and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Conduct Q&A and doubt-clearing sessions for CA & CMA students.
• Explain difficult concepts and topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Support students with exam-oriented preparation and problem-solving.
• Review and solve practical questions, case studies, and previous examination questions.
• Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
• Assist students with revision and exam preparation strategies.
• Maintain a positive and interactive learning environment.
• Coordinate with the academic team to improve student learning outcomes.

Eligibility & Skills

• CA / CMA qualification or relevant professional qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CA & CMA syllabus and examination patterns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or doubt-solving experience is preferred.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
