Job Summary
The QA/QC Architect is responsible for maintaining and implementing the quality control program for architectural works. The position performs quality control inspection based on the approved Inspection and Test Plan and ensures that products or services meet the minimum project requirements. Monitor all in-process construction activities and correct any deviation observed and ensure all punch lists are closed before offering for final inspection. The position shall support the supervisor and manager in preparing document submissions and maintaining all quality records in proper order.
Qualification and Skills Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Professional license is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA/QC
- Knowledge of QA/QC and turnover process
- Experienced in exterior precast installation and/or architectural/facade works
- Experienced in Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC)
