QA/QC Architect

We're looking for a senior architectural professional who can help strengthen project quality, guide team members, and ensure deliverables meet the standards expected by our global clients.

You'll combine technical review with mentoring and process improvement, helping the team work more accurately, consistently, and confidently.

Your Role

• Review architectural drawings and deliverables for accuracy and completeness
• Identify potential issues and ensure revisions are addressed before submission
• Help maintain consistent documentation and project standards
• Share technical knowledge and coach team members on improving their work
• Support onboarding and training for new hires
• Provide guidance on project and workflow concerns
• Keep important project records and documentation organized
• Help improve team practices and quality review processes

You'll Bring

• 10+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong knowledge of architectural documentation and construction drawings
• Working knowledge of at least one of the following: ArchiCAD, Revit, or AutoCAD
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to review work objectively
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach
• Confidence in guiding colleagues and providing constructive feedback
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in mentoring, training, or team supervision is an advantage
• Experience with Australian or global projects is a plus
