QAQC Architect/Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of QAQC related to site inspections
• Punch listing and quality control of units and common areas to identify necessary repairs and compliance with building standards
• Evaluate current construction and maintenance processes, recommending improvements to increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality
• Supervise and coordinate with the construction department, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Address and resolve technical-related concerns, providing recommendations to management
• Perform other engineering/architectural-related tasks as may be delegated by the Immediate Head, PCMG Head and Department Head or as required by the company’s operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering or BS Architecture

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (1 year of experience in QA/QC is an advantage)

• Must be knowledgeable in construction and engineering principles

• With knowledge in SAP is an advantage

• Computer Literate (AutoCad, Planswift, Microsoft Office, etc.)

• Possesses good oral and written communication skills

• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
