Responsibility:

• Monitor Testing & Inspection Processes to ensure its quality & delivery requirements are achieved.
• Monitor QC supervisor and QC Inspector to segregate NC products.
• Ensure the QC supervisor and QC inspectors are competent in carried out their work.
• Ensure the Testing Facilities Used are always in operational condition.
• Ensure all the testing & inspection devices are being calibration or verified accepted before being distributed for use.
• Investigate & propose Corrective Action or Initiate Improvement Action as & when required.
• Involve with customer audit and external party audit for customer complaint process (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SMETA, GRS, HACCP, etc)

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field. Experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage for this position.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering or related professional qualification.
• Required Language(s) : Bahasa Mandarin & Malaysia & English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Able to multi-tasking and meet tight deadline.
