QA/QC Assistant Manager

Responsibitlities

• QA/QC Management Assist in managing and supervising the QA and QC teams to ensure quality assurance and quality control of raw materials, production processes, and products in compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Quality Management System (QMS) Promote and continuously improve the company’s quality management system in alignment with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, GRS, and RGS standards.
• Quality Management Representative (QMR) Act as QMR, participating in the management, implementation, and monitoring of QMS compliance.
• Audit & Compliance Plan and coordinate Internal Audits, Customer Audits, Certification Audits, External Audits, and Supplier Audits, including follow-up on corrective actions and serving as internal auditor across all systems.
• Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) Ensure customer-specific requirements are acknowledged, communicated, implemented, and monitored for compliance.
• Problem Solving Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions, support root cause analysis, and problem-solving using quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, and 8D Report.
• Quality KPI & Continual Improvement Prepare, track, and analyze quality KPIs, driving improvement projects to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and cost of poor quality.
• Risk & Opportunity Analyze risks, monitor actions to minimize risk occurrence, and follow up on risk control measures.

Qualifications / Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Production Technology, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Experience in QA/QC, Quality Management System, or Quality Assurance in manufacturing industries.
• Experience at Supervisor / Assistant Manager level or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Experience with ISO 14001, GRS, or RGS will be considered a plus.
• Experience in conducting Internal Audit, Customer Audit, and Certification Audit.
• Experience in 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Problem Solving.
• Experience in preparing Quality KPI, Risk & Opportunity, and Management Review.
