QA/QC Assistant Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management or quality control, with a strong focus on overseeing quality assurance and control processes in a manufacturing or production environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, leading teams and driving quality improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems (QMS), including leading or coordinating internal and external audits, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Proven track record in supplier quality management, including handling material feedback, managing supplier performance, and resolving quality-related issues effectively and promptly.
• Hands-on experience with project management related to quality improvement projects, including defining project goals, resource allocation, timeline management, and successful execution.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies, ensuring quality risks are identified, mitigated, and controlled in all production processes.
• Strong background in data analysis and reporting, utilizing statistical tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA) to monitor quality performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve overall quality standards.
