QA/QC Civil Engineer

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• With relevant on-site construction experience.
• Proficient in CAD and MS Office applications.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review Material Technical Data Sheets for compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit Method Statements, Test Plans, and related QA/QC documents.
• Review and address Consultant/Client comments and ensure timely approval of submissions.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests and coordinate site inspections.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, methods, and quality standards.
• Identify non-conforming works and issue Site Observations or NCRs as necessary.
• Monitor construction activities and materials for quality, defects, and deviations from specifications.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including punch lists, handover reports, inspection records, and supporting billing documents.
• Document project delays, site conditions, and progress through reports and photographs.
• Prepare weekly QA/QC reports covering completed activities, quality issues, incidents, and submitted documents.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team, Consultants, Client, Subcontractors, and site personnel on quality-related matters.
• Perform other QA/QC-related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
