QAQC - Civil Engineering

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality checklists.
• Ensure all civil works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable standards.
• Inspect civil works, including earthworks, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, structural works, and finishing works.
• Inspect incoming materials and verify compliance with approved material submissions and technical specifications.
• Coordinate site inspections with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and the construction team.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs/RFIs) for completed works.
• Monitor field and laboratory tests, including concrete slump tests, cube tests, and soil compaction tests.
• Identify non-conforming work, issue or follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective actions.
• Record site defects and follow up on rectification works until closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.
• Maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, material certificates, calibration certificates, and approved drawings.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Assist with final inspections, testing and commissioning, handover documentation, and as-built records.
• Ensure the project team uses the latest revisions of approved drawings and documents.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia, graduated from engineering majors such as construction and energy for more than 5 years, bachelor's degree or above, can complete market communication, business negotiation, site management and other related work of Malaysian energy engineering projects as required, arranged according to personal needs and development direction.
