QAQC

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QA procedures on-site.
• Perform site inspections for structural, architectural and finishing works.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests (IR) and material submissions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, checklists, and records.
• Support testing and inspection of materials (concrete, steel, rebar).
• Identify non-conformance (NCR) issues and assist in corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers on quality matters.
• Participate in site meetings and internal quality audits.

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience of in construction are encouraged to apply.
• Internships with related field are also welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on-site.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
