Job Descriptions

1. Developing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and customer specifications
2. Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products and finished goods
3. Analysing quality data, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
5. Maintaining detailed quality records and preparing regulatory reports
6. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices
7. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the medical device industry
2. Thorough understanding of quality management systems and medical device regulations
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools
7. Relevant degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
