QA/QC

工作职责｜Job Responsibilities

1. 负责施工现场的质量检查及监督，确保施工符合项目要求、批准的施工图纸及相关质量标准。
   Conduct site inspections and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with project requirements, approved drawings, and quality standards.
2. 负责协调施工检查，并与顾问、分包商及项目团队进行沟通。
   Coordinate site inspections and communicate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
3. 负责 Request for Work Inspection（RFWI）的提交、跟进及相关文件整理。
   Prepare, submit, and follow up on Requests for Work Inspection (RFWI) and related documentation.
4. 准备及整理质量检查记录、检查表、报告及其他 QA/QC 文件。
   Prepare and maintain quality inspection records, checklists, reports, and other QA/QC documents.
5. 跟进 Non-Conformance Report（NCR）及相关整改工作，确保问题及时处理及关闭。
   Follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and corrective actions to ensure timely rectification and closure.
6. 协助项目团队执行质量管理程序，确保施工质量符合项目要求。
   Assist the project team in implementing quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with project quality requirements.
7. 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
   Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

任职要求｜Job Requirements

1. 持有土木工程、建筑工程或相关专业的 Diploma / Degree。
   Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
2. 至少 1 年建筑行业 QA/QC 相关工作经验。
   At least 1 year of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
3. 熟悉施工现场质量检查、RFWI、NCR 及相关质量文件。
   Familiar with site quality inspections, RFWI, NCR, and related quality documentation.
4. 能够阅读及理解施工图纸及相关技术文件。
   Able to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.
5. 具备良好的沟通、协调及文件处理能力。
   Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
6. 工作认真负责、注重细节，并能够独立完成工作。
   Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

星期一至星期五｜Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

星期六｜Saturday
8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
