Job Description: QA/QC Staff

The QA/QC Staff is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and verifying the quality of materials, installation works, and completed security system projects, including CCTV, Security Access Control, and related cabling works. This role ensures that project activities comply with approved plans, technical specifications, company standards, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect installation works, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks for CCTV, Security Access Control, fiber optic, data, and power cabling works.
• Verify that installation works follow approved drawings, layouts, and technical requirements.
• Identify defects, incomplete works, and quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions with the project team.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, and other QA/QC documentation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that completed works meet the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with project engineers, technical staff, and other team members regarding quality concerns.
• Assist in final inspections, testing, and project turnover to ensure compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any technical or engineering-related course, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or a related field.
• With experience in QA/QC, site inspection, or quality assurance in construction, electrical, ELV, or security system projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Security Access Control, fiber optic, and structured cabling systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with technical drawings, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
• Keen attention to detail and good documentation and reporting skills.
• Willing to assign in project site
