QA/QC – CONSTRUCTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate quality inspections with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and test records.
• Prepare submission for material approval, shop drawing, method of statement and related document.
• Identify non-conformance issues, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure construction materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Monitor project quality progress and ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in QA/QC within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, inspection processes, and technical drawings.
• Familiar with QA/QC documentation, ITP, method statements, NCR, and site inspection procedures.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
