We are seeking a talented and experienced QAQC Coordinator to join our team at PT Decorient Partaya Indonesia.

With a focus on quality assurance and quality control, this role is essential in supporting the delivery of our high-quality work.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance and quality control plans for construction projects
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to monitor compliance with standards, specifications, and regulations
• Identifying and resolving quality-related issues in a timely manner, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of quality-related activities
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all quality assurance and control activities
• Providing guidance and training to site personnel on quality management practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance and control

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QAQC Coordinator or in a similar quality assurance role within the construction industry
• Thorough understanding of construction quality management principles, methods, and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
• Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, standards, and codes
• Open to relocate anywhere
