Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all documents for project quality assurance and quality control.
• Ensure all documents are easily accessible and stored in a systematic manner.
• Monitor document management processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Review and verify project documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Control the distribution, filing, and retrieval of documents to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure document submissions meet timelines.
• Track and manage revisions and versions of documents.
• Conduct regular audits of document control processes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
• Generate reports on document status and compliance as required.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure alignment of document control with overall project quality objectives.
