QA/QC Document Controller

• Reports to the Project QA/QC Manager
• Manage and oversee the Quality Control (QC) documentation for projects.
• Coordinating with the site team, site engineers and third parties for the scheduling of inspections.
• Assist/prepare the QC documents needed for claim submission
• Monitor and receive the outgoing and incoming correspondences of physical and softcopy of documents.
• Assist QA/QC engineers for the documentation processes.
• Ensure that all controlled Quality documents related to the Project are maintained to the latest issue, and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed.
• Maintain QC Records and documents distribution records.
• Responsibilities include record keeping, all documents such as specification procedures, inspection schedule and records, inspection release notice with numbering system according to project filing procedure. Handling of all QC engineering documents. Controlling all records.
• Preparing and updating various logs and registers. Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with various teams to gather and update quality-related documents.
• Organize, classify, and maintain documents related to quality control processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as QA/QC Document Controller preferably in a Construction or Solar Industry
• Willing to be assigned in San Pablo, Isabela
• Preferably can start as soon as possible
