Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement QA/QC activities across EPC projects in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable international standards.
• Review and ensure compliance with Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, procedures, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Conduct inspections related to welding, fabrication, NDT, coating, and painting activities.
• Monitor welding activities, WPS/PQR/WPQ compliance, material traceability, and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate NDT activities including RT, UT, MT, and PT and review relevant inspection reports.
• Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, subcontractors, third-party inspectors, and client QA/QC teams.
• Maintain complete QA/QC documentation, inspection records, quality reports, dossiers, and handover documentation.
• Ensure all project activities comply with applicable ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and international codes and standards.
• Support project teams throughout the EPC lifecycle to ensure quality requirements and deliverables are achieved.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6–12 years of QA/QC experience, including at least 5 years of experience in EPC projects within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Certified and registered IRCA Lead Auditor – ISO 9001.
• CSWIP 3.2, AWS-CWI, or equivalent certification.
• Strong hands-on experience in welding, NDT, coating, and painting inspection.
• Good knowledge of international codes and standards including ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, ISO, AWS, etc.
• NDT Level II certification in RT, UT, MT, and/or PT is preferred.
• Previous project experience with ADNOC Group Companies is highly advantageous.
• Offshore project experience in the GCC or international locations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the EPC project lifecycle, QA/QC documentation, NCR management, root cause analysis, and quality reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office, document control systems, and quality reporting tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
