QAQC Engineer (Architecture)

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
2. Licensed Architect or Engineer is an advantage
3. Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC for architectural or construction projects
4. Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, fit-out works, and construction standards
5. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation
6. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is preferred
7. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
8. Skilled in preparing inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records
9. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related construction software
10. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
11. Good communication and coordination abilities
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
13. Willing to work on-site and conduct regular inspections
