QA/QC Engineer Associate

ROLE PURPOSE

The QA/QC Officer ensures that all construction activities comply with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. This position focuses on monitoring quality, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation to support project delivery. The QA/QC Officer does not exercise authority over site operations or project scheduling, which remain under the responsibility of the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.

Quality Assurance (QA)

· Ensure suppliers and subcontractors meet approved quality standards before deployment to site.

· Assist in training site teams on quality compliance and best practices.

Quality Control (QC)

· Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, materials, and workmanship standards.

· Monitor and record test results (e.g., slump tests, compressive strength tests, water tightness, etc.) and prepare quality reports.

· Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and track corrective actions until closure.

Documentation & Reporting

· Maintain QA/QC logs, checklists, and reports for submission to the Project Manager.

· Ensure that quality records are properly organized and retrievable for audits and turnover.

· Coordinate with the Assistant Project Manager for integration of QA/QC findings into overall project monitoring.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
