QA/QC Engineer – Civil & MEP

Job Description:

DNB Construction LLC is looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with proven UAE construction experience in high-rise buildings, structural works, post-tensioning (PT), finishing works, and MEP quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure quality compliance across civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Conduct inspections for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, post-tensioning systems, and finishing activities.
• Inspect MEP installations, including plumbing, drainage, HVAC, and electrical works.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams for inspections and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
• Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions, and follow up on closure.
• Ensure proper implementation of project quality procedures throughout construction and finishing stages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in QA/QC within a construction or contracting company.
• Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, post-tensioning (PT), and finishing activities.
• Practical experience in both Civil and MEP quality inspection and control.
• Familiarity with consultant inspections, project specifications, quality standards, and QA/QC documentation.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
