Job Description

OZ Developers is looking for a QA/QC Engineer – Civil to ensure quality standards are maintained across construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction quality control and a good understanding of civil works.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of civil works and construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, and documentation.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other teams regarding quality issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality checklists.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and construction standards.
• Assist in maintaining proper quality control procedures throughout the project.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC or construction.
• Good knowledge of civil construction practices and quality standards.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong inspection, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bahria Orchard, Raiwind Road, Lahore.

Salary: PKR 70,000–80,000 per month, based on experience and interview evaluation.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
