QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality control activities, conducting inspections, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring that project works comply with the required standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, transportation, or related projects
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality documentation
• Knowledge of project specifications, standards, and quality requirements
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• UAE project experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out regular site inspections and quality assessments
• Prepare, update, and maintain QA/QC reports and relevant documentation
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications and approved procedures
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, consultants, and management regarding quality-related matters
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout project activities
• Identify quality issues and support the site team in resolving them effectively
