QA/QC Engineer (Civil)-high-rise building experience

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Civil to join our building construction team in Dubai.

Mandatory Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

* Strong UAE construction experience

* Previous experience with a main contractor / building construction company

* High-rise building experience is mandatory

* Strong knowledge of UAE construction quality standards and project specifications

* Experience in inspections, material approvals, method statements, ITPs, WIRs and MIRs

* Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, site engineers and subcontractors

* Good knowledge of structural and finishing works

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and monitor the project QA/QC procedures and requirements

* Conduct inspections for structural, architectural and finishing works

* Prepare and submit WIRs, MIRs, ITPs, method statements and quality reports

* Coordinate inspections with consultants and site teams

* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications

* Identify NCRs and follow up corrective and preventive actions

* Review material submittals and ensure approved materials are used on site

* Maintain complete QA/QC documentation and records

* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are achieved

* Support project handover, snagging and close-out activities

Candidates without UAE construction and high-rise building experience will not be considered.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
