What they need
About the role
Inspect HVAC installation works including ductwork, chilled water piping, AC equipment, and ventilation systems. Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct and document material inspections, installation inspections, pressure/leakage testing, and commissioning activities
- Prepare QA/QC reports, Inspection Requests (IR), test records, and punch lists
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and site teams to resolve quality issues and ensure proper corrective actions
About you
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering; PRC license is an advantage
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in Mechanical/HVAC projects
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning
- Familiar with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and applicable Philippine standards
- Basic Knowledge in Fire Protection and Plumbing is a Plus
- Able to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications
- Good documentation and coordination skills
