What they need
- Inspections and Testing: Perform routine checks on raw materials, ongoing processes, and finished work.
- Documentation: Write and verify technical documents like Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality checklists.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identify defects or deviations, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and lead root-cause analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to standards like ISO 9001 and local building or manufacturing codes.
- Collaboration: Work with production, procurement, and project managers to resolve quality issues and review supplier materials.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on site or manufacturing quality control experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), blueprint reading, and data analysis.
- Certifications: Often require credentials like ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
