QA/QC Engineer

About the role

Responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements and Management project directives. Works closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain high-quality standards and minimize rework or defects.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting inspections and monitoring site activities
• Reviewing materials and workmanship
• Ensuring proper documentation and reporting of quality-related processes
• Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams

About you

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC for construction projects
• Solid understanding of construction processes, methods and site operations
• Solid understanding of construction processes, codes, and technical specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
• Good working knowledge of quality audits and root cause analysis
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and inspection protocols
• Experience in material testing, inspection, and documentation control
• Experience in preparing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QA/QC reports
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
