Job Description:

• Implement and monitor the company's QA/QC procedures at project sites.
• Inspect site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Review drawings, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and inspection requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate Inspection Requests (IR) with consultants/clients.
• Monitor incoming materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.
• Identify non-conforming works and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test reports, checklists, and project quality documentation.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients regarding quality matters.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation and close-out of quality-related observations and NCRs.
• Support continuous improvement of construction quality and workmanship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3-6 yrs of experience in QA/QC within construction contracting projects.
• Knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with ITPs, MIRs, IRs, NCRs, method statements, and inspection procedures.
• Good documentation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
