What they need
Qualifications of QA/QC Engineer
- Site: Cagayan De Oro
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering course
- With 1–3 years of relevant work experience in QA/QC or site engineering, supported by a Certificate of Employment (COE)
- With or without Professional License
- Must have experience in residential to mid-rise level construction projects
- Able to detail and review structural plans and drawings
- Experienced in structural and fit-out site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Knowledgeable in construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation
- Able to read, interpret, and comprehend plans, drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong-willed and assertive, with the ability to directly instruct skilled workers to ensure quality compliance
- Detail-oriented, firm, and capable of working under minimal supervision
