About the Role
JAZY, Inc. is looking for a QA/QC Engineer to join our team for the PCG General Hospital project. You'll be responsible for ensuring all civil, structural, architectural, and MEPFS works meet project specifications, contract requirements, and building codes — from inspections and material testing to documentation and client turnover.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
• Ensure compliance with specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, and building codes
• Develop and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QC Procedures
• Conduct quality orientation programs for project personnel
• Review subcontractors' quality documents for compliance

Quality Control

• Conduct regular inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and MEPFS works
• Verify delivered materials comply with approved submittals and technical specs
• Monitor testing activities (concrete, steel reinforcement, soil, welding, etc.)
• Coordinate with accredited laboratories and ensure timely submission of test results
• Witness inspections and testing required by consultants and clients

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and maintain quality records, MIRs, WIRs, and NCRs
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions until closure
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality accomplishment reports
• Maintain as-built quality documentation and turnover records

Coordination

• Liaise with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Surveyors, Safety Officers, and subcontractors on quality issues
• Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies
• Assist during client inspections and project handover activities
• Ensure punch list items are corrected prior to turnover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PRC license preferred
• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably in building or hospital construction projects
• Solid knowledge of quality standards, testing procedures, and building codes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig City
