QAQC Engineer

Summary

The QA/QC Engineer ensures that construction projects meet quality standards by implementing QA/QC procedures and conducting inspections.

Responsibilities

• Implement QA/QC procedures and standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and tests.
• Prepare QA/QC documentation and reports.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement inspection and test plans.
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze project quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Internal Relationships: QA/QC Manager, Project Managers, Site Engineers

External Relationships: Subcontractors, Suppliers

Position Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in QA/QC roles.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of QA/QC standards, attention to detail, strong communication skills.
