QA/QC Engineer

WE ARE LOOKING FOR : QAQC ENGINEER

To independently monitor and verify the quality of works across projects and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-work, during-work, and final inspections.
• Verify actual workmanship, materials, and application methods.
• Identify defects and issue punch lists for rectification.
• Monitor and document quality inspections with photos and reports.
• Coordinate with PICs & APCs regarding quality concerns and required corrective actions.
• Conduct roving inspections across Project sites.
• Report major quality issues directly to the Operations Head.
• Ensure consistent QA/QC standards are implemented across all projects.

Requirements

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA/QC
• Preferably has own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
• Willing to conduct roving/site inspections across project locations
• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures
