QA/QC Engineer

· Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures to meet project requirements and industry standards

· Conduct site inspections, material testing, and quality audits to identify and resolve any non-conformities

· Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards

· Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and other technical documentation

· Maintain detailed records and documentation of quality control activities

· Train and mentor junior quality control staff

· Provide technical support and advice to the construction team

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

· With relevant experience as a QAQC Engineer in the construction industry

· Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control practices

· Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the construction team

· Familiar with relevant construction regulations, codes, and industry standards

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
