QA/QC Engineer

Job Description: Quality Assurance / Construction Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Drawing and Plan Verification:
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and plans.
• Ensure ongoing construction activities are executed in strict accordance with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between site execution and design documents, and ensure appropriate corrective measures are taken.
• Quality Issue Root Cause Analysis:
• Investigate quality-related issues to identify root causes and recurring problems in construction processes, materials, or workmanship.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, procurement, site execution) to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective measures and ensure long-term resolution of issues.
• Design and Documentation Review:
• Participate in design reviews to ensure that quality requirements are considered in the early phases of the project.
• Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Provide input on constructability, material selection, and compliance with quality standards.
• Inspection and Quality Testing:
• Coordinate and perform inspections of incoming raw materials and completed construction works.
• Apply established quality assurance models (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, or project-specific QA/QC plans) to validate compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain thorough records of inspection results, test reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
