QA/QC Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in electronics, metal, automotive, or similar manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and other quality tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic inspection and measuring equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Relevant quality certifications are an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Identify, document, and investigate product and process defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and monitor 8D reports, NCRs, and other quality-related documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments in resolving quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance and defect trends.
• Ensure proper identification, segregation, and disposition of non-conforming products.
• Assist in customer complaint investigation and corrective action.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and other QMS documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 9001/QMS requirements and company procedures.
• Perform other duties related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control as assigned.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
