QA/QC Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and monitor the project QA/QC procedures, plans, and quality requirements.
• Conduct inspections and ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Inspection Requests (IR), checklists, and quality records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and other departments regarding quality-related matters.
• Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with approved material specifications and standards.
• Monitor testing activities and ensure that required tests are properly conducted and documented.
• Identify non-conformities and assist in preparing and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Participate in site inspections, quality audits, and technical meetings.
• Review quality documentation, test reports, inspection records, and other QA/QC submissions.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality records.
• Assist in resolving quality issues and preventing recurrence of defects.
• Perform other QA/QC duties as assigned by the QA/QC Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• With relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction, infrastructure, railway, or similar projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials, inspection procedures, testing requirements, and quality standards.
• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation, ITP, Method Statements, Inspection Requests, NCR, and quality records.
• Experience in railway, heavy civil, or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Willing to start immediately.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
