QA/QC Engineer

About the role

Perform daily inspection and testing to meet customer and company requirements, managing records of test results and inspection records for product performance review. Conduct process and tooling modifications to improve product quality and manufacturing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection and testing to meet customer/company requirements
• Manage records of test results and inspection records for product performance review
• Conduct process and tooling modification to improve product quality and manufacturing requirements
• Review with suppliers and clients to resolve quality issues
• Analyse and close out customer complaints and non-conformance issues/non-Compliance Reports (NCRs)
• Conduct internal audits and ensure teams follow approved quality management systems (QMS) implementation

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial or relevant Engineering
• Proven work experience in QA/mechanical engineering in manufacturing industry
• Excellent technical skills in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of ISO9001 standards is preferable
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM skills
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
