What they need
· Conduct site inspections for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
· Check Installation of Fire Protection systems, Electrical Wiring and panels, Plumbing pipelines and fixtures, monitor testing & commissioning activities and Verify material delivery and site storage conditions
· Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure proper documentation of testing reports.
· Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP)
· Conduct pre-installation meetings with MEP teams.
· Ensure compliance with: Project specifications, Local building codes, Safety regulations.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
