What they need
Position Overview
Responsible for establishing quality assurance frameworks, executing quality control procedures, conducting site inspections, verifying material submittals, and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) across all engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across civil, architectural, and MEPF trades.
- Review contractor material submittals, test reports, and certificates against project specifications and standards.
- Conduct routine quality audits, log non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track corrective action closeouts.
- Maintain punch lists, coordinate pre-commissioning walkthroughs, and ensure accurate as-built records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
- Licensure/Certifications: Active PRC Engineering License. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, ACI, or material testing certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years experience in quality assurance and quality control within commercial or institutional construction projects.
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
