QA/QC Engineer

We are looking to recruit QA/QC Engineer

Position: Civil Engineer (QA/QC Engineer)

Department: CSA/Engineering

Employment Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri)

Location: Thai Takenaka International Ltd. Head Office, Silom, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve construction quality standards, site safety, and work performance.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC, ISO, inspection, and technical documents.
• Develop and update construction procedures, work methods, and standards.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams and relevant departments.
• Analyze quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support QC Circle and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project performance summaries.
• Provide technical guidance on construction methods and quality standards.
• Develop and conduct on-site and online training programs.
• Create training materials, instructional videos, and other learning media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–5 years' experience for the junior position; 6–10 years for the senior position.
• Knowledge of construction methods, QA/QC, and ISO documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD, Power BI, SketchUp/Revit, and video editing are advantages.
• Good analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional engineering license required where applicable to the assigned duties.
